From Pastor Randy Thank you for your interest in Experiencing God Today. The Experiencing God movement is a call for people in and around Etowah County to have a fresh encounter with God. Experiencing God is not a church program and it is not just a study; Experiencing God is an opportunity to encounter the one true God of the Bible. There is a campaign currently underway that is calling people to know God and to do His will. The campaign includes people from all walks of life at various spiritual levels. Yet, there is a common link of those choosing to participate in the 13-week campaign—each person has a desire to Experience God anew. The Experiencing God Campaign consist of a 5-day weekly devotion workbook, study groups meeting around the community and an optional weekly worship encounter at MeadowBrook on Sundays at 9:30 and 11:00 AM. The campaign officially begins September 10, 2006. There will be an introduction to Experiencing God held at MeadowBrook on September 3, 2006 at 8:30 and 11:00 AM at the Family Life Center Gymnasium (2525 Rainbow Drive, Gadsden). Experiencing God is not an effort to build attendance in any given church; it is an opportunity for our community to Experience God. In fact, any church desiring to be part of the Experiencing God movement may contact MeadowBrook, who is eager to share Experiencing God resources. God desires you to experience Him.
